Thibaut Fougeras, Founder & CEO

Thibaut Fougeras is the Founder of FRANCELAB, a French agency specializing in international beauty innovation. Thibaut started his career with six years at L’Oreal where he led the creation of several new international Beauty lines. Thibaut was later recruited by LVMH where he held various Management positions for Givenchy and Christian Dior across the US, EU and Asian markets.

During his seven years with the company, he was most inspired by LVMH’s innovation center in Tokyo. Here, a marketer and chemist work hand-in-hand to create innovative concepts focused on specific target markets with a business-driven mindset. It was this unique approach that inspired him to leave the corporate world and start FRANCELAB in 2007.

Armed with a strong luxury marketing background and a vision to bring this level of knowledge and global perspective to small, up-and-coming brands, FRANCELAB was a success from day one in Paris, and was expanded to the US market with a New York City office in 2014. In 2015, FRANCELAB was acquired by French media giant, Marie Claire Beauty Group, in an effort to diversify and expand their services to its luxury beauty advertisers.

Today, 15 years later, FRANCELAB continues to innovate for both start-ups, as well as multi-billion dollar brands, by pairing its proprietary cutting-edge technology with its best in class clientele.

Thibaut Fougeras is the Founder of FRANCELAB, a French agency specializing in international beauty innovation.
